Choose the track that is right for your practice.

Demographic-specific or speciality-specific tracks offer the largest reach per track as they are more generic. But, this also means the information is less context-specific. However, a grouping of metabolic diseases together etc. could be an effective strategy.

Disease-specific tracks, further divided into demographics-based sub-tracks offer the most context-specific messaging for the patient and the options for active follow-up during critical stages in the patient’s care plan. However, they can turn expensive if you want to cover all your patients.

PREFERRED

Disease-specific tracks &
demographic sub-tracks

Condition or procedure-specific tracks allow deep customization to fit your exact treatment plan. Condition-based tracks may still be focussed using demographic-based sub-tracks.

These tracks allow the opportunity for real-time and highly contextual messaging making your patients feel you are with them throughout the way. You can setup your own schedule on each track and the content is developed to your care plan’s specifications.

Cost-effective

Demographic-specific tracks can be according to your specifications. You may simply have an all-encompassing track like women's health or a more specific one targeting post-menopausal women. This provides the most value-for-money as a larger sub-set of your patients will find each track as relevant information.

Advanced

Compliance Tracking

These are add-on tracks which only include compliance tracking to commonly recommended procedures or diagnoses. As an add-on to disease-specific tracks, they provide an effective way to ensure follow-up compliance from the patient, specifically to their care plan. Compliance tracks can be added to existing tracks at a cost of ₹ 750 per compliance add-on track.
